Once we receive the returned product, our dedicated team will promptly process your refund or exchange request within two working days. Based on your preference, we’ll initiate the refund or arrange for the shipping of the exchanged product.

Exchange Policy:
2A. Our product exchange policy covers two distinct scenarios based on the timeframe since the product was delivered.
Scenario 1: If you wish to exchange a purchased product within 20 days of its delivery, please follow these steps:
• Contact us through email at, call us at +91 8240977034, or visit our physical store.
• Inform us of your desire to exchange the product and specify the alternative product you intend to exchange it for.
• Should you choose a higher-priced item, the price difference will be payable without any depreciation applied to your original product.
• Opting for a product of lesser value will result in a refund process (more details in the refund section below), where the remaining balance will be returned to you.

Scenario 2: If you decide to exchange the product after the 30-day period has elapsed, the process will involve the following steps:
• We will engage in a negotiation to determine the deduction for product depreciation. This will consider factors such as usage frequency, delivery duration, battery cycles, and the product’s overall condition.
• Once a mutually agreed deduction amount is established, it will be subtracted from the original invoice.
• The remaining balance will be adjusted against the cost of the new product you wish to acquire.
Please Note:
• All prices are inclusive of GST.
• Return, refund, or exchange requests made after 30 days may be declined at our discretion.
• To facilitate your request, provide us with comprehensive videos and photos of the items being returned, refunded, or exchanged.

3. Refund Policy:
3A. In the event that you opt for a refund following the return of the product, we will promptly initiate the transaction within two business days through your chosen banking option. The refund process will be carried out from our corporate account at either ICICI or SBI.
3B. Kindly provide us with your banking details via email, which will be utilized to establish you as a beneficiary within our corporate account. This procedure typically takes around 4 hours. Subsequently, we will proceed with either a NEFT or RTGS transfer, leading to the transaction’s reflection in your account within 30 minutes of initiation.
3C. For your convenience, we will enclose a screenshot and the Unique Transaction Number (UTN) in the email. This UTN can be referenced for any future disputes arising from potential banking errors or any unforeseen issues.
